ROTHER VALLEY TIMBER UPDATE ON SERVICES AT THIS TIME

Unfortunately we are extremely short staffed at present due to Covid 19 .  Please can we ask our valued customers to please bear with us through this time.  

Any enquiries or orders over the phone will be taken between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

PLEASE WEAR MASKS IN THE OFFICE AND THE YARD AT ALL TIMES.

We will only allow one customer at a time into the office. If customers need to enter the yard, they must ask a member of staff to ensure it is safe to do so. Only three customers at a time will be able to go into the yard area. Please once again be aware of social distancing. We ask that you use the hand sanitisers in the located areas before touching any products and again before entering the Sales Office.

We value our customers and appreciate your patience with this matter. We are doing everything we can to manage this current situation.

We have started doing deliveries, however we are limited with our drivers and due to large order volumes, there will be delays, so once again your patience is much appreciated.

Once again Rother Valley Timber would like to thank all our customers for your patience and understanding with our limited services at this challenging time and encourage you to shop only for products that are necessary.
